Very Slow and unprofessional. Car took over 2 weeks to complete. During that time I never received any updates on car. Had to physically drive to the dealership to get answers because no1 would answer the complete. During that time I never received any updates on car. Wait time too long, car information inaccurate, etc. My only good experience was the truck that I purchased. I had to wait for almost 6 hours because it seemed as if there was only one person who was fin My only good experience was the truck that I purchased. I had to wait for almost 6 hours because it seemed as if there was only one person who was finalizing the sales. My other issue is that the information sheet that is on the cars said that the truck had keyless entry but when I purchased the truck and had already left the lot I only had one key and it is not a remote. So I called back and Calvin, salesman, told me it only came with that key. Now if the info sheet or Calvin had been more accurate or I had been informed before I purchased I’d be a bit more understanding. But it was not brought up once in the lengthy time that I was waiting. I do believe the dealership should pay for this keyless entry remote as it costs over $200. I do request a manager get back to me in regards to this matter. More
