Wouldn't take my phone call I have a beautiful truck that was involved in an accident. It had less than 2,000 miles on it, and hadn't had the oil changed. The insurance companies will not take a Kelly Blue Book evaluation as diminished value. I called to speak to some at this dealership and could not get past the receptionist. She put me on hold twice, spoke to the Sales Manager, but never offered that I could speak with him in person. My call was disconnected, I called back again, and still, she would not put the Sales Manager on the phone. I wanted to get a new vehicle, and trade mine in. Your customer service is deplorable....why buy from someone who cannot be bothered to speak on the phone? You lost a sale today, Stivers Chevrolet. Your time is no more valuable than mine, but I did have something of value to give you. My business, which you lost, and didn't even know it. Shameful practice of ignoring a potential customer. More

I am happy with my purchase of the Chevrolwt Equinox. The truth is, I was ready to walk out of the showroom when I was presented with the payment options on the Equinox. However, Mr. Wright was willing The truth is, I was ready to walk out of the showroom when I was presented with the payment options on the Equinox. However, Mr. Wright was willing to work with me on a deal that was more palatable to me and my pocket. So far, the car rides well (I have driven the Equinox before on a trip to Miami, FL) and I like the way it handles the road. Most of all, it was a pleasure to work with Calvin Wright, as he was courteous and made my family feel welcomed at the dealership. More
Worst Auto Service Experience Ever A brief summary of my experience for your reference - Appointment at 9AM; no call from dealership by 4PM so I called; put on hold for 30+ minutes by s A brief summary of my experience for your reference - Appointment at 9AM; no call from dealership by 4PM so I called; put on hold for 30+ minutes by service tech (my cellphone timed it); no one ever came back to the telephone; hung up; called again; hold time was 15 - 20 minutes; finally got an answer with diagnostics as to what was wrong; clearly was not getting fixed that day; next day at check out normal cash lady was not there; checked out by service tech and was clearly not a priority; took 30-45 minutes to be served and no one was in line ahead of me; to top off customer service experience, they could not find my car in the lot so I had to walk out and find it myself. Note - i have never responded to an online service survey before, but the service was so poor that I thought I should take the time to let Mr. Stivers know. Something needs to be fixed with your customer service. More
