Vehicle was due for 45k mile services. Not only was I quoted $1100.00 for the dealer recommended services but none of the services they recommend matched what was recommended by my owners manual. Took th quoted $1100.00 for the dealer recommended services but none of the services they recommend matched what was recommended by my owners manual. Took the vehicle to my local mechanic and received everything recommended by the dealer and my owners manual for under $400. I would not suggest this organization to others; the absurdity of their prices is worthy of 0 stars. More
Worst service and slowest service. I had an appointment and still took 5.5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Service reps put you on hold for 8 or more minutes 2 times to check status of vehicle and still took 5.5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I arrived in the morning for my scheduled appointment, we discussed my need for an oil change, tire rotation and new brakes. I wanted the brakes no matter what as they were at 128,000 miles. appointment, we discussed my need for an oil change, tire rotation and new brakes. I wanted the brakes no matter what as they were at 128,000 miles. The service staff was very nice and wanted to give me an estimate. I said that was fine, but I am getting new brakes no matter what. When I got back to the dealership after 4:00, the staff said they called from a Whitmire number with an estimate for the brakes and they could still be done. At that point I didn’t have time for that as I had other obligations. I get a lot of telemarketing calls and when I saw a Whitmire phone number at 2:30, I assumed it was another since I know no one in Whitmire. So I will be getting my brakes replaced somewhere else. But the oil change was completed and at a fair price. Not sure if they rotated my tires or not as the receipt doesn’t note it. More

Before Thanksgiving of 2019 I ask for a loaner vehicle to be to use , finally called and said they had one for me to use January 2020 kept truck three days did not even make an attempt to work on. I understand that #Warranty’s are necessary on vehicles. I bought a $70,000 + truck to only put me in a car to drive dealership told Nikki/and me that the trucks were too nice to use for loaners just doesn’t make any sense I rated two out of five stars I still have #Warranty’s I chose stiver Chevrolet over Jones Chevrolet in Sumter, I figured Stivers being larger Dealership right off interstate which was convenient to my work would make this a much easier process I was wrong I also had two other individuals with my company buy two vehicles from them because I gave Marcus four stars ....absolutely Nikki and Marcus were the best experience that I had but I would not recommend Stivers to no one else since my experience so far has been less than satisfactory . hopefully someone actually reads these and will reach out to me to change my opinion. More
