Untrustworthy and took advantage of my wife My wife took my truck in because the electronics weren’t working. They replaced the battery. You suck. It took scheduling and rescheduling because truck never got looked at while it was at the dealer all day. Very dissatisfied with my most recent service. I made an appointment for 2/12/20 at 7:30am. They told me I would need to leave my vehicle there (no estimated timeframe given). No one contacted me that day, appointment for 2/12/20 at 7:30am. They told me I would need to leave my vehicle there (no estimated timeframe given). No one contacted me that day, so I called 2/13/20 and Devin told me they haven't looked at my vehicle and it would possibly be that Saturday or Monday before I would hear anything. Well, I called both days because no one ever contacted me. No answer. On 2/17/20 I called that morning between 7:30 and 8am a few times and yet no response. When I got to the dealership I was told they would have the diagnostic for my car by 2pm. Meaning, I would still need to wait another day or 2 before they've even worked on the issue. I rented a vehicle from Hertz 2/12/20 and was frustrated because the entire time I had the rental no one kept me updated or at least have me a diagnostic for my car's issue. I asked them to provide me with my key and I'm paying someone else to fix the issue. My car will be 10 years old next year and I thought the dealership would at least be willing to help me (KEEP ME UPDATED AT THE MOST) with the upkeep of my vehicle. I wasted my money with the rental and now feel I have to go elsewhere for any maintenance I may need for my car. Thanks a lot... More
