I called dealership for a update on my truck on Monday I had took in Friday morning no response left a message for service person also the manager then called 5 times on Tuesday to service person and manage had took in Friday morning no response left a message for service person also the manager then called 5 times on Tuesday to service person and manager no reponse back finally on Wednesday I was contacted not too happy with them at least the service manager could have called me back after 2 days More

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the repeated and unresolved issues with my AC unit. I have spent multiple thousands of dollars and many hours of my time bringing my vehicle in with the repeated and unresolved issues with my AC unit. Despite paying for three freon fills, the problem persists, with a new issue now being identified.
