50,000 mi service I made reservations with one representative and they were not there. I then was given Christopher on check in. I was told the transmission need servic I made reservations with one representative and they were not there. I then was given Christopher on check in. I was told the transmission need service, yet the maintenance book stated otherwise. I had the service done, reluctantly. When I returned after getting a phone call, Christopher wasn't there. The cost for the services was wrong and had to be corrected. I normally have a great experience. This time not so much." More

Recall review The only problem I have difficulty with is the pairing of my cell with the 2015 Buick Lacrosse; may be something I am doing, or not doing. The only problem I have difficulty with is the pairing of my cell with the 2015 Buick Lacrosse; may be something I am doing, or not doing. More

I was not at all impressed and I will not be back. I filled out another review - so you may see that one also. This may be duplicate information, but I felt like the dealership tried to pull a fast one. More

Service not complete ook my 2011 Acadia in for an oil change and for the to check it out thoroughly as I am moving across country by myself and needed to be sure my car wo ook my 2011 Acadia in for an oil change and for the to check it out thoroughly as I am moving across country by myself and needed to be sure my car would be okay. First thing I was told is your car needs a transmission flush and a coolant flush. I asked can that wait until January and was told yes it could. I began my drive on Friday December 16th. The drive was going fine until I got into Mississippi and the car gave me a engine hot message. I called Jim Hudson and they couldn't tell me anything but advised that I call the 1-800 number. The first thing the lady tells me is I don't have a warranty on the car and any services I receive would cost. I didn't ask her that but thanked her anyway for giving me information I already knew. She looked up my issue and asked me do I think my car is running hot. Really, I don't know but that's what the car said. Finally, I called my insurance company to tow the vehicle. They towed it to a chevrolet dealership in Meridian, MS who checked the vehicle out and told me my water pump is gone. OK how much is it to fix? I was give a price of $630. That is the only problem they found at that time. My only other issue is they aren't open on the weekends so I would be waiting until Monday before they fixed my car. Monday comes and they proceeded to fix my vehicle but in addition to the water pump, they find that my battery is weak and I have a cracked motor mount. The service guy's question to me was Ms. McKnight, I thought you said you got your car checked out before you left SC? Why yes I did sir. So I called the service dept at Jim Hudson and explained everything the Chevy guy said was wrong. He stated that the water pump could go out at any time ma'am. I was fine with the water pump but you would think if I tell you to please check my car out thoroughly, they would have caught the battery and the cracked motor mount. So here I was in this strange town, car packed and stranded. Total bill would have been about $1300 and I could not afford the whole thing. I ended up paying $830 and have to get the additional work next week in order to hopefully have a whole car again. When speaking to the service manager, his response was he doesn't know why the battery and the motor mount wasn't caught but he'd speak to the technician and the store manager or owner (I'm not sure which) and get back to me. I am now on day three and I haven't heard from them. Oh and let's not forget that in the summer, I had to get an entire new AC unit overhaul. I don't think they even looked at my car before they sold it to me but didn't tell ME that. Had I known, I would have never bought that vehicle. And just so everyone knows, they also did not provide me with the floor mats to my car and I was told they would. Also, the service manager was like your next two services will be free. That might have pacified me a little except I'm no longer in Columbia and will not be driving back just to get free service. Total disaster. Now I am out over $800 for the repairs on my car and hotel fees. Not to mention the food because I never made it to my destination at that time. More
