They don;t seem to care. Both when I dropped off my car and when I picked up my car, there were quite a few individuals that were either staring at their phones or at their mo Both when I dropped off my car and when I picked up my car, there were quite a few individuals that were either staring at their phones or at their monitors. No one seemed to want to acknowledge that a customer had walked in. In addition I had to call three times to get the shuttle to come out and pick me up. Out of the Cadillac dealerships I have visited in the past, this one is by far the worst for customer service. On a positive note, you should pass on kudos to your shuttle driver. He is friendly and personable. Was the best representative I have run in to. When I buy my next car, I will avoid Jim Hudson at all costs. More
