Cadillac Purchase Zanthony did a great job selling me a car; especially when I wasn't sure just what kind of car I wanted!! I was really 'just looking', but after looki Zanthony did a great job selling me a car; especially when I wasn't sure just what kind of car I wanted!! I was really 'just looking', but after looking around, I finally decided on the XTS. Since I am of the 'older generation', my knowledge of all the new devices now in cars in VERY limited, but Zanthony was patient and explained everything thoroughly. The paper process took much longer than expected. We had dinner reservations at 6:15 and Zanthony said we would be through in plenty of time. That did not happen; we had to change our reservations to much later!! Since it was late Saturday, we decided to pick up car on Monday so it could be detailed without keeping those people late. Well, I have to say that I was disappointed in the detail work. It really didn't look any different than when I bought it on Saturday. The dash, seats, etc. were dry looking....it just didn't look "detailed" like I have had cars done before. But, I am enjoying the car very much and I always recommend Jim Hudson. In fact, I recommended Jim Hudson to my stepson last year and he ended up buying a new Toyota from Hudson. You all really give good service; my experience with Shane Sharp at Hudson Ford in Lexington has been exceptional and that is why I went to Jim Hudson Cadillac for my car. More
Excellant. Took less than hour & well done. This was my yearly check up. I had not been well so was later than usual getting it done. I explained this to Mr. Goodwin, service manager. By recommendation from a friend, we requested Skeeter to help us drive home in a new car. Excellent recommendation and choice! He was very professional, while at the same time sensitive to our needs (I was very nervous after being in a recent accident). I think he knew EVERYTHING there was to know about the car and very patiently gave demonstrations and answered questions and repeat questions. I enjoyed doing business in the positive atmosphere overall at Jim Hudson Buick GMC, and Skeeter is top notch! More

I was very skeptical of going to a new dealership due to my concerns about quality of service, costs for service, and whether or not they would compare to my CT dealership. I can definitely say that my experience with Hudson was stellar. My only complaints are that the tv in the waiting area should have cable attached to it. On the day I was there, the room was filled with 8 women and 2 men and no one was interested in the car related info showing on the tv monitor. Also, my CT dealership would always give me a printout of the 12 point safety check for my records and when I asked for it, I was told the printer wasn’t working. More
