Great Service Experience On My First Cadillac! Had issue with CUE touch screen. Brought car in on a Friday. They received the replacement part and it was ready Monday morning. I had an appt to get my car serviced, when I arrived I was told it would be about an hour and a half and that is about what it was, It is so nice they I had an appt to get my car serviced, when I arrived I was told it would be about an hour and a half and that is about what it was, It is so nice they have free drinks and snacks for the clients while we wait in the nice comfortable chairs and the magazines are all up to date. The seating is comfortable and arranged so we can all carry on an easy conversation with others. YES , I would recommend this dealership, I love leaving in a car that has been washed and vacuumed for me! More
