Great experience I love the way I am treated from the time I pull in until it is time to leave. It is like a concierge service. They escort me into the waiting area. There is water and various snacks to choose from that doesn't cost a thing. They come in and talk to you about how they will service your car. I am treated with dignity and respect. Oil Change and a front door lock replacement My appointment was made for a normal oil change with the possibility of a quote for my door lock replacement. When I arrived, I explained that someone My appointment was made for a normal oil change with the possibility of a quote for my door lock replacement. When I arrived, I explained that someone had tried to break into my car while I was parked a the Barber Shop in Sumter. My concern was that the lock would break before the repair could be made. Mr. Goodwin assured me that this was a repair that could be made during my visit. I was able to get my oil changed and my lock replaced during my visit in a reasonable time frame.
