Great Service Department I purchased my car from Jim Hudson in Columbia a year ago. Since then, I move over 2 1/2 hours away. I still make the drive to Jim Hudson in Columbia to have my car serviced. I have always dealt with Eric Spath in the service department. He recognizes me by name. Eric always understands what service(s) my car is in for, and the car is always ready as promised. During my most recent visit I reserved a loaner vehicle. The loaner vehicle was ready and waiting for me. My drop off took less than 15 minutes. When I came to pick up my car it was ready as promised, cleaned and ready to go. Again, I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. There are Cadillac dealers closer to where I live, but I can't beat the treatment and service I get from Jim Hudson in Columbia. More
