My compliments to Benjamin at Jim Hudson Acura for his excellent customer service during my last two service appointments. There is a defect in my audio system USB which apparently can’t be fixed, so Ben excellent customer service during my last two service appointments. There is a defect in my audio system USB which apparently can’t be fixed, so Ben has tried to offer workable suggestions to make up for the issue. My comment to the Acura manufacturers is to consider that older people aren’t always tech savvy enough to grasp the new electronics, so please don’t mess up USB ports and do go back to the equipment which has the capability to both play and record CD’s. I’m so frustrated with my 2023 TLX that I’m considering getting another brand of vehicle for the first time in over 25 years! More

Low stress buying experience. I didn’t feel like they were looking to take advantage of me as a customer. No shady “let me go talk to my manager” after each and every decision poi I didn’t feel like they were looking to take advantage of me as a customer. Clint was super nice during the entire process. No pressure for upselling from any part of the process. Genuinely nice employees, no pressure sales, and the promise of quick service appointments- you can’t beat that. Would definitely recommend and return as a customer when the time comes. More
