ABS issue I had an intermittent ABS issue- which are sometimes hard to resolve. They found it and fixed it! They do need more staff to answer phones. Really didn't know where to take it as we bought it in OKC, and will never trade with that dealership again...but was a bit nervous about just calling a dealership and admitting we DIDN'T buy it there! Read many reviews about local dealers...some right in my town or 13 miles away, as I believe the customers do "know stuff"! All the review were terrible... so the skeptic I am took a chance on Jim Glover Dodge Owasso (some 55 miles, one way from my home) because the advertisements and reviews always sound pretty convincing! So....booked an appointment, went there on this stormy morning and I have to say, or rave about, what wonderful service I received! Wow, what a great experience, especially having dealt with bad dealerships before!!! What they claim, proved true with us! Job done efficiently and quick...had to wait but was given the royal treatment, especially by Brooklynn Parsons, in Service Department! They were a 5 star rating in my books and am so pleased they lived up to their reputation and claims. Thanks Brooklynn, mechanics, and Jim Glover...finally a dealership for the customer! If we ever need another truck you'll be the first we come see! More

The worst service department. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to the Owasso office for repairs. They had our car for 1 month finally got it back and thought it was fixed. At the end of the week I called and no work had been done on the truck. I picked it up and made an appointment at another dealer. I left a review and the service manager, TJ, replied to my review and said he wanted to speak with me. He left his number and I called and left and message. No surprise here, TJ never called. DO NOT take your cars to this place for any service work More
