Totally worth it! I had an appointment to get my cars software reset and i ended being a little later than expected because of work, but LITERALLY from the time I parke I had an appointment to get my cars software reset and i ended being a little later than expected because of work, but LITERALLY from the time I parked my car, talked to the service crew, there was always someone with a smile willing to help. This was my first time at this dealership I normally go where I bought my car, but I'm forever changed and will be coming back forever now! Amazing staff, clean lobby, teas and coffees available. Open view of the shop to see your car. Loved it!!! More

I was directed to call the manager at the department in regards to the issue. I called and left multiple messages, never hearing back. I resorted to just calling the service center, where I spoke to Craig. At this point, it was over a month since I had bought the car and with a high allergy to mold, I am reacting each time I get into my car. I was told since it was now outside the one month time frame of purchasing the car, I would have to go through the general progress to have my car looked at. I was told that I would receive a call with three to four weeks to get my car scheduled, due to them wanting to keep my car since it “sounded like a water leak.” A month goes by, I never heard from them, at this point I am due for my first oil change. I called to get scheduled for the next day and spoke to Craig again who said there are no appointment times for the next day, but I could come as a walk in. I agreed. A couple hours later, my appointments for the afternoon had fell through so I opted to call to see if there was an opening that day. I spoke to a lady from the call center, who said there were no appointments that day, but appointments for multiple times the next day. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived for my oil change, I spoke with Trevor who saw the note in regards to the soaked floor boards and asked me about it. He was so kind and respectful. He got me scheduled the next week for my car to be looked at!! Trevor has been the only helpful person in the service department so far. When I took my car in the next week, there is a part cracked pretty bad that is causing the AC to not drain properly causing the wet floor boards. They said it would be about five days before the part would be on. I am hoping that I do receive the call for the part to be repaired. It has been a rough process, and I am certainly not pleased with the service department or my car that smells terrible of mold. More

Great service! I had a couple of issues with my work van. One issue was covered under a warranty the other issue was not, but I told them to fix it anyways. They kep I had a couple of issues with my work van. One issue was covered under a warranty the other issue was not, but I told them to fix it anyways. They kept me in the loop the entire time of repair and turned out that both issues were covered under the warranty. Great service and very professional!! Worst Service Department I purchased my car from a Jim Glover dealership and was under the impression that my first oil change would be free, as my other new cars were. This w I purchased my car from a Jim Glover dealership and was under the impression that my first oil change would be free, as my other new cars were. This was not the case. Additionally whenever I have had an oil change I would receive the following; - A reminder sticker on the windshield - The oil life indicator reset to 100% - Car vacuumed and washed NONE of these happened. I will take it to Classic Chevy from now on where I have for years been treated to first class service. Your commercials are misleading as you don’t practice what you advertise. More

bad service department I took my dads 2008 dodge grand caravan there a few weeks after he died to get a recall done , when i went to pick it up pieces on the dash trim were I took my dads 2008 dodge grand caravan there a few weeks after he died to get a recall done , when i went to pick it up pieces on the dash trim were broken and they refused to replace them , citing they couldnt verify they were broken there ... this after a week and a half trying to get ahold of them ... BROOKLY is a liar .. and i personally will not take another vehicle there ever nor recommend a person to go there More
Not responsive I made an appointment to have my truck looked at 2 days ago at 8 AM. Dropped the truck off the night before so they would have it. Three calls to service adviser so far and they still have not looked at it. The point behind making the appointment was so that I could get on the schedule. If they did not have time they should have told me so I could have called another dealership. Bad business practice to not be truthful with customers. I base my schedule on what they tell me. If they had looked at it and had to order parts I would understand that but, they haven't even looked at it. Very disappointing. If my truck ran I would go pick it up. Unfortunately, I think it is a computer problem and only trust a certified dealer to fix. More
