I’ve tried to purchase a 2019 longhorn Ram 3 times in the last few months. The complaints range from couldn’t find a salesperson, waited over 30 minutes for a salesperson, and handed off to other salesperson because they were busy and his son needed a sale. To get a win win buy a vehicle from another dealer and use Jim Glover for service. More
