My new Jeep Renegade 4x4 gave a front crash sensor flag (under 3k miles). Made an appointment and they had my vehicle over a week. I was frustrated. But Ashley kept in contact and let me know why it was ta (under 3k miles). Made an appointment and they had my vehicle over a week. I was frustrated. But Ashley kept in contact and let me know why it was taking so long. It was fixed with no charge. But to calibrate the sensor they put 100 miles on jeep. No refund of gas. I would give higher rating except for that, and the car sat for more than 3 days before being checked by technician. The purchasing was amazing above 5 star. Service after sale needs improvements. I took a Jeep in to have the a/c fixed on Sept. 5th. i told the service advisor the compressor was brand new but was not getting power to it . They diagnosed the problem as they said the wrong comp 5th. i told the service advisor the compressor was brand new but was not getting power to it . They diagnosed the problem as they said the wrong compressor was installed and needed to be replaced. They kept the vehicle for another three weeks and told me I need to have the cooling fans replaced. That still did not fix why the power wasn't coming on. The service advisor at that point said she was getting the service mgr involved. A day later they called me and told me they had replaced a sensor which was faulty. I'm out $2000 because they mis diagnosed what was wrong with the vehicle in the first place and just tried to see how much they could stick me for. I would never use this dealer again for service or to buy anything new from them. More
