I feel there is opportunity for vast improvements in the service department. Communication was not very good. I was not greeted on the service drive so I had to figure out what to do. I was told there was not good communication from the second shift mechanics so 2 days in I had no answers on my car. A part was ordered for my car 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything. Some of the nicest most considerate people I’ve met. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful.
