This dealership has lost a customer due to the lack of service and response to my new Dodge. It started the first month, transmissions issues, took it to the dealer, late July, scheduled a maintenance tim service and response to my new Dodge. I go in every week, first 2 weeks not looked at, third week in diagnostics, I asked they call with updates and nothing, will have to go back up there and raise some noise.
