Absolute worst experience we have ever received at a dealership. It took them 7 weeks to fix our car and in that time we received little to no communication. The entire time we were told our car was being kept inside including the day we picked it up, after we had walked in and saw it parked outside. When the car was left it was immaculate and when we picked it up it was filthy and had bird droppings all over it. Which anyone knows ruins the paint. After this experience we contacted the general manager who did not even care enough to return our call. It is clear that customer service is not a priority at this dealership. The only person who even tries to be helpful was the night receptionist who did her best to assist us at no avail. More
I had called before I ever took my pickup in and asked how much it would be for a diagnostic for a possible vacuum leak. They said $170. I wrote a detailed description on paper stating the problems and asked if they could check my steering box as well on the note I had wrote. After turning down the astronomical price for repairs to replace a distributor and o2 sensor ($1050), they then stated I owe and additional $170 for having a 2nd technician look at the suspension/steering work. They never called or told me there was going to be 2 technicians looking at my pickup. I then went to pick up my truck and they said they broke the emergency brake. So I had to leave it another day at the shop. Luckily they covered the cost on that. Extremely disappointed and won't be going back to a place that seems to me like they are trying to screw people out of money in the service area since there is a lack of car sales on the lot. More
