took my 2023 corvette in for its first service at 2500 miles dropped it off at about 830 and got a text it was complete at 1048. Got another text at 1201 from onstar that i had a low tire. went in to pick up my car at about 4 my tire pressure was 15. ask the tech? found small screw in the middle of tread. he said tires on corvettes could not be repaired and i would need to buy new tire. they should have not run over a screw when it was in there possession. i left the car there for now. Update. Mikey took care of the issue all at glovers expense. They made sure I was totally satisifed with the service call that I had with them. More

I checked in at 7:57AM on a Saturday. After waiting an hour and a half while seeing people who checked in quite awhile after i did, I decided to check the lot. It wasn’t until I went to the clerk, she checked, turning in my paperwork had been overlooked by the service tech. It was not a great way to start my Saturday. Make sure you look for your vehicle to be moved out of service and into the lot, if it has go to the service checkout and ask to checkout. This will ensure you’re not waiting any longer than necessary. More

Brought my son’s truck in for pulling to the left and a slow leak on one tire. In and out in about two hours with an alignment, oil change & patched tire & rotate. Untrustworthy, it is always something with this dealer. They jeopardized my credit by running multiple unauthorized pulls. When it comes to their service department be sure to hold on to your bolts. They make you sign a blank document on an iPad before they will start the service and then try to jack the price up on you after the service. My truck was spotless before they ran it through the “car wash”. They left oil all over the driver’s side and did not dry or wax. They did not reset the oil life indicator. Very disappointed overall especially with the service advisor who was extremely rude and needs training in regards to the pricing and customer service. Stop making excuses and check the manual if you are unsure on the correct quarts. They do actually “put a sign on the side of the truck that tells the quarts”. It has a Z71 badge on it. It also has a Jim Glover Chevrolet badge on the back. That will most likely change in the near future. More
