First Class Treatment I have a Mercedes and a Chevy pick up. I have grown to expect first-class treatment at the Mercedes dealership, but was pleasantly surprised by the s I have a Mercedes and a Chevy pick up. I have grown to expect first-class treatment at the Mercedes dealership, but was pleasantly surprised by the service team at Jim Glover on the River. Apparently I made my service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle at the wrong Jim Glover dealership. I needed routine oil change, tire rotation and has to have 2 safety recall parts installed Rather than canceling the appointment and rescheduling me, Bill Dewil, Service Advisor, went above and beyond today. I came in at 8:20 AM to pick up my loaner and discovered I was at the wrong dealership. Bill jumped into action, found me a loaner car and I still had enough time to make my 9 AM doctor appointment. He made the experience pleasant even though he could've simply rescheduled me or told me to go to the other dealership. He even got the recall parts delivered from the other dealership and completed the work all in the same day. I would highly recommend you contact Bill. and use this service department for any Chevy repairs you might have. More

Excellent service I scheduled an appointment with Bill Dewill to repair the cruise control on my 2007 Suburban. I have bought cars at other dealerships in the surrounding area, some were easy to deal with and service was terrible, some with good service and terrible on deals, I will always buy my vehicles ar Riverside Chevrolet, unless things change, and everyone knows they sometimes do. Right now service sales and management are superb. Just to let doubters know neither my family, friends, nor myself work nor ever have worked for this dealer, I am simply stating how I have been treated, thank you! More

Good Deal Wanted to first say buying my truck was truly an easy experience. One down side is that we unfortunately had a flat tire a few days after purchase- I Wanted to first say buying my truck was truly an easy experience. One down side is that we unfortunately had a flat tire a few days after purchase- I remembered seeing a jack in the truck so I knew there had to be one with it. We found it and soon discovered it was not the correct one intended for the truck- we were stuck there with this useless jack- 2 hours from home. After getting lucky to find someone with a floor jack. Bad to good; but then we get the spare on and its flat. I spoke with the dealership and they replaced the jack with the correct one and fixed my tire. Shawn was great.... Rob McBride More
