On Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 1:00 I had an appointment to get my car serviced for the second time. Bill Dewill greeted me and told me what they were going to do and I waited in the gorgeous lobby area. I to get my car serviced for the second time. Bill Dewill greeted me and told me what they were going to do and I waited in the gorgeous lobby area. It's so comfortable in there and every person that walked through from Jim Glover said hello. Bill was so sweet and so helpful. Thank you, Bill!!! I bought my car from Jim Glover in 2022 and it is where I will buy my next new car! Thank you Bill and Jim Glover Chevrolet! Fantastic service!! Last week I wrote a review that was not real complementary, I need to retract that review they took care of my problems when I took my car in, I did not have an appointment but they worked it in complementary, I need to retract that review they took care of my problems when I took my car in, I did not have an appointment but they worked it in and fixed everything that was wrong no charge. I gave them three stars, today I have to give five stars they went out of their way to take care of me. I will buy my next vehicle from them. Jared Eby sold me my Jeep Wrangler and my Chevy Trail Boss. Plus any time I need something I can call him up and he's willing to help.
