Came in in the morning, dropped my truck off, got a loaner truck and was on my way in about 10 minutes! Bill was on the ball as always and had me written up quickly. When I got back there to pick my tr loaner truck and was on my way in about 10 minutes! Bill was on the ball as always and had me written up quickly. I was totally amazed by the service on my vehicle, and what to commend the dealership for having and practicing the social distancing with given climate of COVID-19. Went in for an oil change and the 45k required maintenance. Cody said he would come get me before they started to let me know the prices, that never happened. Hour and a half later I found him and maintenance. Cody said he would come get me before they started to let me know the prices, that never happened. Hour and a half later I found him and he said he was going to put the 45k maintenance into the recommendations for next time. Makes no sense when I said I was here for them now. Then he says it would be another 3 hour wait if I wanted them done now with a cost of around $800. Again another lie. The additional cost would be just over $500. It is like they didn’t want to service my vehicle other than the oil change. I bought my ZR2 from here but I’ll find another dealership to give my business. More
