They kept my car for seven (plus) months waiting for the wrong part to be delivered (they ordered the wrong part). And then gave it back to me with parts stolen off of it, and say that I have to prove it to wrong part to be delivered (they ordered the wrong part). Amy is amazing getting us in and out in good time. My basic complaint is a lack of courtesy vehicles when it’s necessary to leave for days at a time. The service dealer I talked to Cody who was very rude. I had talked to him about a transmission issue and basically got no help. He informed me that they only have 1 transmission guy, working for Jim Glov I had talked to him about a transmission issue and basically got no help. He informed me that they only have 1 transmission guy, working for Jim Glover Chevrolet and are months behind on transmissions. He told me to bring my vehicle to them and leave it and it could take up to 4 months to repair or find the solution. I wonder how many people could just leave a vehicle for 4 months at a dealership. I have had issue with the service since I bought the vehicle. I would fill out the service rating forms, honestly. I have 88,000 miles on my truck, so I have had several oil changes there. I can only recall maybe 2 times that I have had no issue. You would wonder why I keep going back and even 2 service people have asked that to me. I like the truck and since I bought it there, I thought they would give the best treatment but I was wrong. They probably like all other dealerships, once you buy the vehicle, you are no longer that important. I know this will probably not get addressed by Jim Glover but it did help me with my frustration with the issues. I have concluded by business with them as of today. I am Native American and I hope racism is not involved. I never felt good with the service department, they always thought they were smarter than you. More
