I brought my car in because one of the speakers was buzzing. They evaluated the noice and determined it was under warranty. We came to Lexus Beverly Hills to buy a car because the internet prices were better than any other dealership. We were greeted by Alex right away and he immediately started showing us the inventory. After I found the car I liked, we began the "negotiation" process. I felt like he was very fair and a great salesman to work with. We began to narrow down the price and we got it down to a $250 dollar difference. I am sorry to say that the manager above Alex was not able to meet us on the price we offered. That left a sour taste in my mouth because I don't understand how $250 makes a big difference to an auto dealership. Other than that I am 100% satisfied with my experience. Michael Heredia has been a pleasure to work with and has always answered any question I have or concern along the way. I feel very taken care of so far and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. More

Use Jim Falk for my Lexus service. Eddie is my service rep and he is the best. ALways feel like he treats me fairly and keeps me informed about my repairs.
