The telephone operator, sales consultant, sales manager, financial coordinator, service manager could not have been more considerate or efficient. The pricing and terms were reasonable and fair. Mr. McLaughlin took all the time necessary to explain the terms. Then Mr. Gray stayed with us and taught us about all the excellent features of the new Lexus. I look forward to driving the new Lexus and would not hesitate to return for our next car. More

I CAME INTO JIM FALK ON A RAINY SAT AFTER CALLING ABOUT AN LS430 THAT I SAW ON THE INTERNET. SERGIO WAS MY INITIAL PHONE CONTACT AND SAID THE CAR WAS AVAILABLE .WHEN I ARRIVED HE WAS BUSY WITH A CUSTOMER A AN LS430 THAT I SAW ON THE INTERNET. SERGIO WAS MY INITIAL PHONE CONTACT AND SAID THE CAR WAS AVAILABLE .WHEN I ARRIVED HE WAS BUSY WITH A CUSTOMER AND REFERRED ME TO BLAINE. My wife and I felt that Stuart was Intelligent, Professional, Honest and a nice person to work with for the purchase of a car. He is a real gentleman. Stuart introduced us to Michael Heredia who took hours explaining and teaching us every detail and aspect of this High-Tech car. Michael has called us three times since our purchase to see if we had any questions about the car and wanted us to know that he will Always be available to us if we ever have any questions. We met with Kathryn Marenzi, Finance Director who walked us through all of the necessary paperwork involved in the purchase of an automobile.
