I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience! I had done my research and I was ready to lease a new Lexus IS 250. So I called up Safi Nabi (Sales Manager) to see if they had the car I wanted in s I had done my research and I was ready to lease a new Lexus IS 250. So I called up Safi Nabi (Sales Manager) to see if they had the car I wanted in stock. Safi checked his inventory and had the car on lot ready for me to test drive when I arrived. After test driving though I found the back seat to small for me needs. My sales consultant Jordan Simon was wonderful, informative and VERY patient with me as he showed me some other models that would be better for me. I fell in love with the new LEXUS HS250 Hybrid! What an AWESOME vehicle! Jordan was amazing at working first with me and then Safi to get me a fabulous deal that I could afford. Next I had the pleasure I meeting Kathryn Marenzi (Finance Director) not only was she extremely efficient and professional but she's truly a nice person. Jordan also took the time to go over all the features of my new car and he even followed up with me after my purchase. On every visit to Jim Falk I have been impressed with the responsiveness of the staff. In particular, on 12/29/09, I had a very good experience when I financed the vehicle. I worked with Andrew Einhorn - internet sales. Mr. Einhorn responded to my initial 12/28/09 internet inquiry of my options regarding leasing versus financing within minutes of my having sent an email through the dealership's website at http://www.jimfalkbeverlyhillslexus.com. In addition, on 12/28/09, I was promptly contacted by Mr. Einhorn via telephone and I was able to set-up an in-person appointment with Mr. Einhorn for 12/29/09. At the dealership, on 12/29/09, Mr. Einhorn discussed with me in detail my leasing/purchasing options and which option would work best with my long term plans for the vehicle. My biggest concern with financing the vehicle was negotiating an initial down payment and monthly payments that were within my budget. Financial director, Kathryn Marenzi, did an exceptional job of efficiently coordinating the process with the lending bank and creating a workable down payment/monthly payment plan. Instead of asking what car you are going to buy, he offered me a cup of Cappuccino to help me stay warm since it was windy outside. After I felt warm and welcomed Alexander asked me what car would fit my lifestyle… Location was important for me, but really in So Cal, I have many dealers to choose from, some close to home, some close to work. I had been in contact with a few dealerships, was not too pleased with the vibe I was getting, Ultimately my sales experience with Alexander factored about 70% in my decision, the rest would come down to price. Funny thing, I got the price I wanted to... so if you’re in the market for one of those automobiles, I'd say give them a try. Most people seem to write reviews of people, places or things when they are unhappy. I'm just pleased with my experience, and did not want a good deed to go unnoticed. Especially when confusion arose about the Warranty of the used vehicle (the confusion was just due to the fact that we had spoken about several cars and ended up switching at the last moment and I simply forgot to ask the question). When Morgan saw how frustrated I was with the situation, he promptly asked Alan McGlaughlin to step in for assistance. Within minutes the situation was more than resolved. Both Morgan and Alan turned what could have been a very stressful situation into an extremely positive experience. I would recommend them both to anyone I know. Finance Experience: I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with Bianca White in the finance department. She was extremely friendly and fun to work with while maintaining a very professional attitude throughout the process. She clearly explained every detail and option available.
