I just purchaed my dream car at Jim Falk Lexus, and I really could not be happier with the way I was treated. What a fantatstic car! And though it was a Certified Preowned car, it looks and drives like a brand new car. This is the second car I have bought from Jim Falk, and I really would not even consider going anywhere else for a Lexus. They always seem to have a lot of really clean, low-milage cars. After looking for a car on autotrader.com for weeks, I finally came across a posting which seemed too good to be true. A used BMW at the Jim Falk Lexus dealership in Beverly Hills. I printed the ad, wal finally came across a posting which seemed too good to be true. A used BMW at the Jim Falk Lexus dealership in Beverly Hills. I printed the ad, walked into the dealership and asked a salesperson to help me with this specific vehicle. Within minutes the courteous salesperson had me in a car and headed to their offsite inventory lot to look at the specific car I'd found online. The ad was honest - the car was exactly what I had expected. After a test drive, the salesperson and I returned to the main showroom and looked over the car under the lights of the service center. Steve, the salesperson was polite, honest, and patient. He wanted to ensure that I was going to be fully satisfied with the car, even if it wasn't a Lexus. After I'd found the car that was perfect for me (and the salesperson knew it as well as I did), I would have expected a difficult negotiation process, but it was simple and to the point. The car was turned over to me at a reasonable price; services which were needed to put the car safely on the road, and promised by the dealership (a replaced lightbulb over the license plate) were expediently followed up on and processed within a week. When I met with the Finance Manager, Orod, I was prepared for him to ask me about an extended warranty. I had expected that since I was getting such a good deal on the car that the warranty price would be overinflated (and I'd read warnings online about that as well). Orod surprised me with offering a fair extended warranty which met my needs. He efficiently processed out my paperwork, and I was in my car and on my way home in less than 2.5 hours from start to finish. I would recommend Jim Falk Lexus to anyone looking for a Lexus, but also for their used cars (I had heard about Jim Falk because of a friend of mine who purchased a used Lexus from Jim Falk and had a great experience). The staff was kind and professional, and I felt like an important customer - even if I wasn't buying a flagship vehicle of the dealer. I was extremely satisfied with the team at Jim Falk.
