I have never had such a great experience buying a car as when I met Jordan Simon at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. I wanted to get a certified used fuel-efficient SUV and was initially thinking of getting a Toyota Highlander Hybrid, but after test-driving and checking out the certified used Lexus RX400h, I was sold. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Jordan personally did the final touch-ups on the detailing while I was there and made sure the final spots came off. He spent over an hour teaching me the navigation system and various options of the Lexus. The overall experience was relaxed, friendly, and a no-pressure situation. Now I am loving my new certified hybrid and I have Jordan Simon and the entire staff at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills to thank for it. More

Morgan Osegueda (internet sales) was courteous and professional, answering all of my questions with great patience. I am not one who deals well with typical sales tactics so I appreciated his straightforward manner. And I found his low-key demeanor helpful in getting me through the whole process as car leasing/buying is usually very stressful for me. I was also impressed with (finance manager) Bianca White. She explained everything quickly, but thoroughly, making it a painless process as well. I kept waiting for the ‘other shoe to drop’ but it never did. No high pressured sales pitches here. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to visiting their service dept. too. More

I just moved to LA and needed to buy a car quickly. I looked online and had my heart set on a BMW 5-series. After 3 disastrous run-in's with BMW dealers across SoCal, I decided on a GS350. I bought a CPO from Jim Falk and had a great experience. Marc Rose and Morgan Osegueda were attentive, communicative, honest, and most of all, not pushy. The car also handled better than other CPO's I saw around LA, which tells me that Jim Falk CPO's are actually certified, not just labeled as certified. Other dealerships seemed more interested in nickel-and-dime conversations, whereas Marc and Morgan were interested in getting me in the right car. Marc is/was always available, even working on Father's Day. For a first-time buyer he and Morgan made things easy and comfortable. If you are looking for a CPO Lexus, I'd recommend Marc and Morgan to anyone looking for an attentive and honest sales team. More

It is an absolute delight to recommend Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills to anyone who is even remotely considering a new car purchase. In a day and age when truly excellent service is becoming the exception, rather than the rule, the folks at Jim Falk Lexus completely shattered that myth! When it comes to making a major purchase I am somewhat rigorous in terms of doing my research and having gone online and test driven every luxury sedan that I might be interested in I decided to purchase a GS 350. The issue then became "Where can I get the best overall value in terms of purchase price, terms, financing, and service?" After contacting and visiting several Lexus dealers in the region, I came away with two distinctly different types of experiences. There were two dealerships where I was definitely exposed to the "hard sell" and I am about the last person who responds positively to that approach. Thinking that I would probably not be able to find a good deal at any dealership in a Beverly Hills zipcode, a member of my family strongly encouraged me to contact the internet sales division of Jim Falk Lexus and I accessed them via the internet. I was contacted by Morgan Osequeda and over the next couple of hours and days we negotiated via email and over the phone before I ever entered the dealership. Throughout the entire purchasing process Morgan totally read me correctly and was informative without ever being pushy - at all. He never acted like he was doing me a favor which is quite refreshing in the sometimes snooty world of luxury sedans! As a sales person, this guy is a keeper! Having figured out the exact model I wanted he and Sales Manager Kip Miles found the car configured precisely the way I wanted it and with some modest shipping charges it arrived a week later, as promised. Morgan called me literally within 15 minutes of the car's arrival and I went in the following day to close the deal. From there, I worked with Orod Makou and Kathryn Marenzi, both of whom helped tremendously in terms of explaining the various warranties and what would or would not make sense for me. I could not have been happier with the terms they agreed to and with the friendly and professional manner in which they assisted me. I typically enjoy the art of the deal, with apologies to "The Donald", and the folks at jim Falk Lexus in Beverly Hills made this the most enjoyable car-buying experience in my entire life. The contrast between one of the other dealers and Jim Falk was astounding when it came to negotiating various aspect of this purchase. For example, when negotiating with one dealer, it became clear that I would be able to get a good price on the car but that they were going to gouge me in terms of any after-sale accessories such as upgrading the wheels. One dealer quoted me over $ 2,000.00 ABOVE the retail price for a particular set of rims. I thought to myself, if this is how they are treating at the time of purchase, how are they going to treat me when I need service after the purchase. My experience with Jim Falk Lexus on the same issue was 180* different. I obtained the exact rims from them for significantly less than retail in order to sweeten the deal. Jorge in parts was able to find the wheels I wanted and had them hot-freighted to the dealership, at no extra cost to me, and put on my new GS 350 just one day after I purchased the car! Now THAT'S SERVICE ! It is obvious to me that everyone at this dealership clearly sees themselves as part of a larger team and I as the client am the clear beneficiary of their work ethic, creativity, genuine friendliness, and now feel like part of the same family and was welcomed as such as I took possession of my new car. These folks have an incredible business model and it clearly is working for them. They have earned my trust and I am certain that they will not take that trust for granted. I simply cannot thank enough all of those involved who assisted me in making this purchase. If you want a great deal, inspired service that will easily meet and likely exceed your expectations, blended with a group of professionals who have exceptional knowledge about their excellent product, this dealership is the place to go !
