We came to Lexus Beverly Hills to buy a car because the internet prices were better than any other dealership. We were greeted by Alex right away and he immediately started showing us the inventory. After I found the car I liked, we began the "negotiation" process. I felt like he was very fair and a great salesman to work with. We began to narrow down the price and we got it down to a $250 dollar difference. I am sorry to say that the manager above Alex was not able to meet us on the price we offered. That left a sour taste in my mouth because I don't understand how $250 makes a big difference to an auto dealership. Other than that I am 100% satisfied with my experience. Michael Heredia has been a pleasure to work with and has always answered any question I have or concern along the way. I feel very taken care of so far and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. More

He is one of the top reasons I decided to continue leasing with Lexus. Many times people will say dealer service centers rip you off but Arthur does the best he can with pricing. I even shopped around on a part and he was able to get it about the same. So I might as well go with Arthur because every time I take my car in I get a complimentary car wash to! so really I feel like I'm paying less for the part!
