Dealer was fair and reasonable to deal with. There was a level of trust between the buyer and seller about the vehicle. The dealer's pricing was fairly aggressive vs. other dealers in the area, but price w level of trust between the buyer and seller about the vehicle. Service team was excellent! Went in for a standard service and they even let me know I had a recall replacement on file for my car. Got a red HS 250 hybrid! was great, got the car back at the end of t service and they even let me know I had a recall replacement on file for my car. The only real competitor a Lexus dealership has is another Lexus dealership. And, although we could go to any other nearby Lexus dealership, Arthur Rostomyan keeps us coming back to Jim Falk Lexus fo another Lexus dealership. And, although we could go to any other nearby Lexus dealership, Arthur Rostomyan keeps us coming back to Jim Falk Lexus for service because he becomes our champion. He fights for us to get the best price and to get the service done in the least amount of time. He arranges to get us a loaner if the waiting time will be too long and sees that the vehicle is washed before it is returned to us. It's very comforting to know we have someone like him making things easy for us. He is the thin edge of the wedge at the dealership - the only one we come in contact with, so the entire experience is resting on his shoulders - and time and time again his shoulders are more than broad enough, as he makes the entire experience pleasant, friendly, efficient and cost-effective. Like all businesses, sometimes there are misunderstandings or problems that occur. What impresses me each time is that Arthur is a strong advocate for my position -- settling things quickly and fairly. Arthur has so impressed me time and time again that I have recommended him specifically to other friends that have Lexus vehicles. Like me, some of them drive from areas that have other Lexus dealership nearer to them than Jim Falk Lexus. I'd prefer to be treated respectfully and fairly vs. the poor quality of service I've experienced at other Lexus dealers in the LA area in the past. More

I just bought my used 2008 lexus Rx350 from this dealer. It was Gilbert (from the internet department i guess) who recepted me and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him. Mr Manny Soto was very attentive during my visit to drop the car for srvice early in the morning.
