By that time we did have some questions: the sticker prices on the car were much higher than what we'd seen online--had we been tricked? Had we missed something? Jose explained the difference in prices (the Internet price is the right price) and we started to talk about the used Jettas on the lot. He helped us figure out the best deal for our money and we had signed the paperwork on the car by the end of the night. While we ended up feeling as though the dealership itself was a bit tight with its purse strings both on the trade and sale sides of the deal, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Jose. In fact, we enjoyed it so much we came back to the dealership about a week later to buy a second Jetta with Jose. While he was actually away on military leave, he was able to be part of the process at our request along with Mark Shaw (who was also a pleasure to work with). For our second Jetta purchase, we worked with Matt Rock in the finance department and he was very helpful in setting up an extended warranty for both of our cars...helped us with peace of mind about our used car purchases. We've been back to visit Jose several times since purchasing these cars and while the reasons included actual errands we needed to run, the best part was to check in with Jose. More

Jim Ellis VW has been consistently top-notch with the level of service and attention they have afforded. This last experience was their time to shine and they excelled. Another VW dealer really dropped the ball but Bill Kinney and the service department seized that opportunity to reassure me that they value loyalty and understand that regular customers are to be valued. Others should take notes since Jim Ellis's customer service standards and product are considerably better than the rest. More

Great Experience I had a really good experience at this dealership. Buying a brand new car is a first for me. I was looking at the new VW Jetta. my sales rep Steve, s I had a really good experience at this dealership. Buying a brand new car is a first for me. I was looking at the new VW Jetta. my sales rep Steve, showed me a few different cars, letting me know what options were available. I ended up with the Sporty TSI model which I love. The waiting lounge/rooms was very inviting and the showroom itself was very clean and bright. The buying process was straight forward but the paperwork took a long time to get through. Other than that my experience was great. More

Quick and they listen I went in with some pretty specific numbers that worked for my budget and not only did they meet my numbers they were able to get me even better finan I went in with some pretty specific numbers that worked for my budget and not only did they meet my numbers they were able to get me even better financing than the pre-approved that I came in with and rather than try to shave that off the discount they were providing they passed that along to the numbers they had already beat. I was really expecting it to be a short visit but they listened, acted and we "got the deal done" and went home the same day with my new car. Have dealt with the Jim Ellis auto group with my Audi and my experience today shows that was not an isolated "great" dealership but that it is a culture at all Jim Ellis dealers. More
