So I have heard multiple Jim Ellis commercials since I moved up here 4 years ago and I had told my son that I wanted to make sure that we checked out at least one Jim Ellis dealership. We started the morning on the other end of Barrett Parkway working our way toward Jim Ellis Volkswagen. Of all of the dealerships we went to that day -the Jim Ellis team far out shined all in offerings and your sales team. Jose came out and met us in the lot. He asked us a few questions and listened to our answers. The first car he brought up for me to look at was perfect and ended up being the car I bought. He explained all of the features of the car we were looking at and the incentive package. Jose is a great guy - he put up with my adult son trash talking sports and "free gifts" all with a smile on his face. He is a good guy and a great asset to Jim Ellis. Curtis Wilson was fantastic at explaining all of the warranty information and paperwork involved in finalizing the deal. I did not get the chance to meet up with Curtis when we came back the following day as he was busy with another client but he did followup on the following weekday to make sure that I had everything I needed. This has been one of the best and most enjoyable car purchases I have made in my 63 years. Thank you both for making this great. More

Best car buying experience ever I had the privilege of meeting and working with Shannon Brookshire who handled my 2013 Chevy Corvette purchase. I spoke with Shannon on the phone prio I had the privilege of meeting and working with Shannon Brookshire who handled my 2013 Chevy Corvette purchase. I spoke with Shannon on the phone prior to coming to the dealership which was 45 minutes to an hour away. I told Shannon the vehicle I was interested in from the Jim Ellis Web site and asked her several questions about the vehicle which she answered in detail. I then left for the dealership and when I arrived Shannon had the keys ready for a test drive when I arrived. and answered more questions concerning the Corvette. Shannon then had me talk with one of the managers concerning the price of the car. At that point we did not agree on the selling price of the car so I left and went home. After thinking about everything Shannon and I had discussed I called her back and she explained some options that I might consider after she had consulted with her manager. Shannon was trying to do everything she could to make this deal happen which in the end she made it happened. I drove back to the dealership that evening and purchased the vehicle.
