However when it came to financing, things got bumpy, even with an 800 credit rating, a $19,500 buyback coming from VW, and the minimum to finance. After turning my TDI in for buyback, and giving them a check for the difference, we were moments away from being stranded and having to Uber home without my new car, because it would be approximately three days before the funds would be available... even though they had my car and a check to hold! ...until the sales manager intervened and corrected the situation. Otherwise very few negatives, great dealership. More

They just want you to sign and go. The financial paperwork is the most important part and and did not do well in communicating with the management.
