I had called several other dealerships and made visits and drove the car, I was about to sign on the dotted line and decided to try Jim Ellis at the last minute and I am so pleased that I did. I called the dealership at about 4 PM that day and told Lance Jeter exactly what I was looking for in the car (premium, White with Corn Silk interior). They actually had the car in stock! I told Lance to give me his best price over the phone and if it was the right price, I would come in and buy. He called me back within 30 minutes and gave me an amazing offer on a 3 year lease. I drove to the dealership that night and looked at the car and decided to move forward and they actually came down a bit more on the monthly payment. I went ahead and did the credit app and got approved that night but waited to take delivery until 2 days later just because it was so late and I did not want to hold them up so they could go home (and me as well). Because I had issues getting to the dealership and not having a ride back, Lance delivered the car to me at work along with the paperwork. This was one of the quickest, easiest and certainly one of the least painful transactions I have experienced in my many years of buying cars and there have been many (I think this makes number 64). Michael Landin was the Business Manager for my deal and was exceptional as well. He was instrumental in getting my lease approved quickly and at a great rate, low pressure and super easy to deal with. Lance was also very low pressure, easy and extremely pleasant to work with. This was a no brainer and I am thrilled with the car, I am finding myself driving the TDI most of the time just because its so easy to get around in and sips the fuel oh so efficiently! We asked if we could walk around to see the vehicles while we waited for someone to become available. The receptionist "we have vehicles at sati lite lots". Us "you don't have any cars here?" When my check engine light came on recently, I called her and we discussed the problem over the phone. She was able to reassure me that in this instance it was not serious and it could wait until I came in for my next service which was just a week away. I was also able to discuss the problem with your expert diesel mechanic Randy Woodall. He also is awesome to work with. Please take the time to tell him what a great job he did in diagnosing my problem and explaining it technically. From my engineering background, diesel engines are a different animal than gasoline engines and having a knowledgable service advisor and mechanic is priceless. Good job to both Lisa and Randy!" More
