Most Recent experience I went in for scheduled maintenance. I called and was accommodated for the same day. However, when I arrived the wait was a little longer than what my I went in for scheduled maintenance. I called and was accommodated for the same day. However, when I arrived the wait was a little longer than what my schedule would permit. Oscar rescheduled my appointment for the first thing the very next morning. I was met at 7 am the next day eith smiles, pleasantries, and i was serviced timely.?????????? More

No light on dash on daytime without lights on Mechanics were able to illuminate dash by rewiring by using parking lights being on to light dash. Problem now there is no alarm when switch is cut o Mechanics were able to illuminate dash by rewiring by using parking lights being on to light dash. Problem now there is no alarm when switch is cut off. (Afraid now of killing battery). I didn't buy car at Jim Ellis. My service rep was Reid who was great. I will be back when I need service! More
