They have improved a little on getting the customer out, so it didn't take 2 hours past my appointment time. It took just over an hour, needs improvement still on punctuality. More

Great communication, answered all of my questions. They fixed the problem. Wish your repair cost weren’t three times the amount of other shops. Also wish a 2021 Highlander with less than 52000 miles . More
