Mr. Oscar Johnson is always a join to work with whenever I come in for service of my vehicle. He not only looks out for me when the technicians recommend certain services but he made sure that I was able to I come in for service of my vehicle. I also enjoy his energy, his cheerful and friendly disposition makes my service visits work the time it takes to wait. I also want to point out a few other people I interacted with. My sister and I had a great experience at Jim Ellis Toyota. We were purchasing a surprise new car for our mother; and Brian was quite helpful and wonderful to work with.
