The car is running smoothly so from that I would say that the service was good. 2nd time at this service center where they forgot to do the complementary car wash & they left trash in my car such as the the service was good. 2nd time at this service center where they forgot to do the complementary car wash & they left trash in my car such as the plastic bag over the seat and the white paper on the floor board. If they are no longer doing the complementary car wash then that is okay, but if they are, this is very disappointing. Leaving the items in the car…mistakes happen, my only issue with it is that they finished with the vehicle within 2 hrs. There was plenty of time to ensure a car wash happened and the items were removed. More

The tech was very good although he would not match another Toyota dealership coupon even though on their website it says they will match competitors promotion. He said the other coupon they send to cu another Toyota dealership coupon even though on their website it says they will match competitors promotion. He said the other coupon they send to customers that have not been back in awhile and that was a special coupon and they would not match it. He did give me a discount off of the service so I’m happy with that. We brought two cars in for service, a 2015 Prius which they checked the battery and said it would need to be replaced soon but they failed to put one of the interior panels back properly as it was just laying loose and not attached as it should have been. The second vehicle a 2021 Rav4 they checked the cabin filter and just left the cover laying in the floor. Both of these issues I had to do myself as I wanted to make sure they were done correctly since the technician did not know how to do it properly. The other issue was on the Rav4 which they did not remove my old oil change sticker. They just put the new sticker over the old sticker. It looks tacky but I don’t want to mess with it in fear that the new sticker may not stick correctly if I remove it and then reapply it. More
