The service was very poor The advisor was very rude and not at all pleasant to talk too. I changed my appointments 3 times because I needed the loaner and after so much of back The advisor was very rude and not at all pleasant to talk too. I changed my appointments 3 times because I needed the loaner and after so much of back and forth, I finally got the loaner for the time of my car service. When I arrived I handed over my keys and went to the loaner department to get the loaner because I had some emergency. But this advisor Eddie jumped in the middle from nowhere and started saying- " we don't provide loaners for the car service". If you don't provide (which is not the case- because you did provide me multiple times in last 3 years) than your loaner department shouldn't have scheduled me for the loaner as well promised me the dates. I have been a customer of this location since the past 3 years and have bought 2 cars but this service department is getting worse every day. Moreover, I asked my advisor to clean my car window which had some gluey thing on it and also asked to get the car cleaned from inside, he promised me to do it and he didn't do that. I didn't have good experience coming to this place. More
New car first service turned down for being a walk-in My service advisor was Eddie Goines. I bought a new Mazda this year and was coming in for my first service on a Tuesday at 7am. I was the first car in My service advisor was Eddie Goines. I bought a new Mazda this year and was coming in for my first service on a Tuesday at 7am. I was the first car in the service lane that morning. I did not have an appointment and was coming in as a walk in. Eddie informed me that he was not taking any walk-ins and that I should schedule an appointment so I went ahead and set one up with him two days later. I live in Loganville, GA and have many other Mazda dealerships near me. I chose to have it serviced at Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta because it's the selling dealer and I had a great car buying experience here. I'm a software developer and I had plenty of work that morning. I could have easily waited 3-4 hours for my cars first service while working in the lobby. Eddie did not ask how much time I had nor took the time to see how far I had driven to the dealer. He was not taking a walk-in regardless so I had to make the trip all the way from Loganville again on Thursday. I wrote service for several years and took many walk-ins over that time period. Especially if they drove far, bought the car from us, and we're coming in for their first service. Especially if they were the first car in the service lane that morning. In the future, I will get my car serviced at a closer dealership where there is a lower possibility of my business being turned down for being a walk in. More

He also disclosed that the reason for the employee not being there was that they were with the national guard and was called to service. I was very pleased that I was informed up front so that if need be I could make other arrangements. For me it would not have madder the excuse, people get sick and things happen. But to know that the person was helping the country instead of changing my oil I was more than Okay with that. The area for waiting is very nice and plenty of snacks and drinks available. Mazda has done a very good job at making customers feel comfortable and welcomed. More

Awesome Visit I scheduled an appointment to a voluntary recall. I arrived and was escorted into the waiting area and sat down with refreshments for a few minutes.
