Car Damaged during Repair/Dishonest General Manager, Chuck W I purchased a brand new car from this dealership 5 months ago. For my first service, I brought my vehicle back here for its first service. Upon picku I purchased a brand new car from this dealership 5 months ago. For my first service, I brought my vehicle back here for its first service. Upon pickup of my vehicle, I noticed the front end of my car was hit and not one staff member thought to bring this to my attention, There was no empathy shown at the time of discovery. Nonetheless, I emailed the GM, Chuck Wallace. He appeared to be genuine and honest; however, I soon learne was all deception. Chuck offered to buy my vehicle back after the damage- this was a lie. what went wrong? I had an appointment to have oil changed, have headlight light bulb and windshield wipers changed. Signed $129 total with an estimate of an hour and a half waiting time. Said I wanted my old wiper blades because I had just bought them and was gonna return them. Two hours later my car is ready but my service adv not there. He told me at 1 he was going for lunch but would be back by the time my car was ready. By then I was in a hurry to leave and get to work so I didn't question the job done. Looking at the bill now my oil change on my mazda5 was $61.50 ! No old wiper blades inside my car. So the total visit for three minor things ended up costing me $194 including my not returned old wiper blades. On top of everything I was given keys, door opened to drive out and when I get ready to go there is a cone in front of my car. Glad I paid attention. More

Although the waiting area is comfortable and stocked with drinks and snacks the guys in the shop do what they can to respect my time and I'm usually in & out within 2 hours. I especially appreciate that they appear to make an effort to keep my costs low and they even wash my car. More

Service prices a bit high I think the cost for the 4 wheel alignment is just way too much. To pay $100 I think is very excessive. As well in other state for even lower. Just wish they could help out the consumer with more affordable service pricing. I also enquired about Balance and they told me price was almost $20 more than what I saw on the website for the same service. If I could take my mazda else where for alignment I would but only mazda can do it right, not like with other cars where you have other options. For this alone they should help us out by not take advantage on pricing. Everything and everyone else great, very friendly, kid friendly waiting area. More

Don’t buy from these guys, Don’t go here for service, A history of my ownership and most recent experience with them below We purchased my wife's M Don’t buy from these guys, Don’t go here for service, A history of my ownership and most recent experience with them below We purchased my wife's Mazda from this dealer in 2016 brand new when they were still at their old location. At the time their sales staff assured us of the excellent experience we'll have through our ownership and the amenities and services available to their customers to make life easier including their "loaner car" program. The CX-5 we purchased overall has been flawless, we've only been in for routine maintenance barring a week long repair earlier in the year due to some creature issues. We hadn't had any issues with this dealer's service department till that visit. We brought our car in and were told it'd take a while to get it looked at cuz the shop was backed up; we weren't given a loaner or even an offer to provide a rental car (dealer footing the bill) like a lot of other brand dealers do. Our service advisor at the time (Doug) would never return calls or answer. It took trips to the dealer to get a status on my vehicle. Eventually after a conversation from their then temp service manager they magically had a loaner for us. After that trip, my wife took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation that took 3 hours which was a walk-in. I know the wait times can be subjective but I’ve never had to wait 3 hours at a dealer for that service and have owned 7 brands. Her service advisor was again Doug who was extremely rude to her. So I took it back in this weekend to have an oil change and tire rotation done only to be told by them that they were now an appointment only shop. It took pulling teeth to get them to see my perspective as a customer who purchased a vehicle from them with certain expectations that they clearly do not live up to. The dealership is 12 miles from our house (Closest dealer). They don’t provide loaners as they stated, their service even with an appointment takes “at least an hour and a half”. To top it all off; a synthetic oil change and tire rotation is $82 which is absurd for a non-premium brand. I play $120 for 3 oil changes and rotations on my Nissan which also takes more oil than the Mazda. This dealer provides a terrible customer service experience post purchase. The sales staff and service staff are not on the same page. Mazda has a great product and the wife and I were very excited to hear of a turbo charged CX-5 hitting the US market but these experiences with this dealer, the lack of other dealers within a reasonable distance from where we live or work has put us off from the brand as a whole. I’m honestly looking at alternate service options because even after calling Mazda corporate, their answer to me was “Dealers are privately owned, we can’t do anything about this”. More
