Work beformed on car was terrific and done very thorough and timely. Entire staff was very courteous and helpful. The dealership is extremely clean,well staffed and great inventory selection of vechile in stock. Service department washes and vacuum your vechile after each time you car is serviced. The entire dealership is very well maintained and clean . More

Lousy communication/customer service Called several days ahead to schedule maintenance for my vehicle and requested a loaner car while the repairs were being done. When I arrived for the maintenance appointment and tried to get the loaner car, a very rude woman in customer service demanded my drivers license, a credit card and auto insurance coverage. I provided her with my DL, credit card and proof of insurance card. She rolled her eyes at me and said proof of insurance didn't qualify, she must have my policy's coverage. Well if that is what they require, they should've clearly explained that on the phone when I originally scheduled the appointment but when I mentioned that to her she just huffed and said "well I don't know who you talked to but we have to have that coverage information". Rather than apologize for their mistake or offer to contact my insurance company on my behalf to get the coverage information, she said I could try to contact the insurance company and have them email her the coverage information. Awful customer service! More
Overall Poor - DO NOT GO This all starts at 7am: I had to have my Mazda towed to the nearest dealership which is why I chose here. I called to notify the service center that This all starts at 7am: I had to have my Mazda towed to the nearest dealership which is why I chose here. I called to notify the service center that my car was being towed there and only received silence on the other end. I then asked if they needed any information or if they would be able to look at my car that day. He responded, "Well, we have other appointments. We'll call you when your car gets here." I said, 'Okay, thank you.' and hung up. I tried calling back 2 additional times in the next 8 hours and no one answered. I then had to go online to the chat system and ask for an update regarding my car as I had heard NOTHING. 5pm (2 hours after the chat) they called and told me what needed to be done and that they could do it tomorrow. They told me I needed tires badly and I declined as I had just had tires put on the car this year (they ended up NOT needing to be changed). They also had other repairs that needed to be done and I approved those. I had my husband drop me off at the dealership at 7am the next day so I could wait for my car while it was being repaired. I had to wait 20 minutes just to tell Eddie (the only guy working who was also nice) that was checking people in that I was there and would be waiting. There were 2 other individuals at the desk as well who didn't even acknowledge me while I waited. I ended up spending less than 1 minute talking to Eddie! 3 hours later I was ready to go and excited to check out. The lady who checked me out didn't know who I was at first and told me to sign some other person's papers. I told her who I was and told her that those were not my papers to which she huffed, rolled her eyes and then started yelling who is this, where are her keys, where is her paperwork, etc. An utter mess and poor customer service. I will NEVER go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone I ever encounter. Spare yourself the time and horrible customer service and go to Roswell instead. More

I let the service department do all the recommended work except for changing the spark plugs. The price was $300 for 4 plugs. I checked with a mechanic friend, who has been in business for many years, and his price was less than half. The plugs your service department wanted just for the plugs was $42 each. My mechanic’s cost was $12 each for the same plugs and he could install them in less time. Dealerships have a reputation for being pricey and I’m sure it is ALL dealerships. Charging list price on everything does not encourage me to use dealerships for regular maintenance work. More

Although an expensive and extensive repair I was thoroughly briefed on its necessity and understood the whys and hows. I am extremely happy with the result. And as an extra bonus the car was spit polished and totally cleaned up and shiny when I got it back: Kudos to the clean up crew also! More

Service writer told me my a/c was not covered by my warranty agreement. Eddie told me he was a veteran also and would take care of me. Said my compressor and other parts had to be replaced and cost would be around $1800.00 dollars. I told him I was on a fix budget, disabled vet and could not afford that cost. I drove my vehicle until July and got a second opinion, couldn't deal with the heat. Found a Honest mechanic told me it was a Schrader valve leaking. He replaced the little thing that looks like valve stem filled with freon and my total cost was $33.00 dollars. A/C has worked just fine no problems. Best this one doesn't reach the review board. I wouldn't let Mazda Marietta change the oil in my lawnmower. More
