A positive experience This was a visit to address a safety recall. After I made an appointment, I received reminders on my email. My vehicle was taken to the service area This was a visit to address a safety recall. After I made an appointment, I received reminders on my email. My vehicle was taken to the service area promptly. I was escorted to the customer waiting area. The waiting area is spacious and offered several options (fresh coffee, hot water for tea, chilled carbonated beverages, juices and a variety of snacks). There was a large television with several seating choices, separated areas for readers, telephone conversations or pc users. The bathrooms were clean. During my wait, two employees greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The time to accomplish the repair was less than the estimate given when I made the appointment. After the repair was complete my vehicle was returned to a garage bay near a building exit. It was raining so I got into the vehicle without getting wet. The vehicle had also been washed after the repair. More

Just fantastic!!!!! It was the first time visit to the new place.( I bought my CX-5 at the old place.) More surprisingly, the service order - two recall works finished very quickly while I thought initially it would 3-4 hours. So I really appreciated the works done very efficiently and professionally. Jeremy did a fine job replacing Eddie, and that wasn't easy since with me, Eddie has a stellar reputation. I buy my cars there, and I have them serviced there. Usually, Eddie takes care of my services. Went on Saturday. Jeremy took care of me. They took me when I was an hour and a half early without even raising an eyebrow. Regardless of who serviced my car, Jim Ellis’ standards of excellence always shine through whenever I am there. And their new showroom is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks for always taking great care of me!!! More
