The work took 7 days because they are facing the same problems as other businesses, a staff shortage. However, they were very open and straight forward in the process. NOT HAPPY with post-sales service. Just spent 20 minutes making 13 calls to Jim Ellis Mazda at various published numbers and cannot get anyone to answer. Service dept. picks up phone to makle it stop ringing then hangs up on me (three times). Left multiple messages at different numbers. SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATED THAT NO ONE IS AVAILABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY ON A THURSDAY. I don't know what is going on at that dealership but this is entirely unacceptable. I would NEVER have paid this much money for a car from Jim Ellis if I'd known I couldn't speak to anyone. Sorry I bought the car BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! More
