We went in to get a tire change and they proceeded to take over 2 days to complete it. This was a 2 hour job, completely unacceptable. My friends and I are college students and we missed several class da take over 2 days to complete it. This was a 2 hour job, completely unacceptable. My friends and I are college students and we missed several class days due to this issue. Our technician Ron didn’t even fill out our paperwork properly which was the main reason it took so long. I have never had such terrible service or a less competent staff. Specifically Ron, I would never let that man near my car again if you paid me to. I would give this dealer a zero if it was an option available to me. More

Staff is friendly. Mechanic contacted me with video and made some suggestion of other maintenance that needs done and let me know that it did not all be done today. Ser Mechanic contacted me with video and made some suggestion of other maintenance that needs done and let me know that it did not all be done today. Service rep then wrote them down for me with a general time frame as well as the cost so I can better plan when to get these things down. There was no “pushing’ repairs on me. More
