I worked with a previous service manager that has since retired to get the engine replaced in my CX9. Poor communication for that whole process. Had an appointment to pick up my car finally, wasted 2 hours retired to get the engine replaced in my CX9. Poor communication for that whole process. Had an appointment to pick up my car finally, wasted 2 hours driving there to be told it wasn't ready. Service manager said he would cover my next oil change for the hassle. When it was time for the oil change, my service manager had retired and I was assigned a new one. I made the appointment and added on a tire service, drove an hour to the dealership, just for them to forget I was waiting in the showroom. The new service manager came out and told me the "tire machine" was conveniently broken and I would have to come back. I asked if the oil change was done (since I had been there for an hour already) and it wasn't. He forgot it was even on the work order, further solidifying the fact that he straight up FORGOT I was there for my APPOINTMENT. 3 hours total wasted for an oil change that they were comping for wasting my time before. Absolutely ridiculous. He wanted me to come back but wouldn't make an actual appointment for a date or time. The other service managers have been rude on more than one occasion so there's no option of working with someone else. We are a Mazda family and will NEVER go back to this dealership. Absolutely pathetic communication and service. More

Eddie and all the service team are fantastic. Every time we’re in, they are upfront about the condition of the car. They made extra effort to make sure the Apple CarPlay and the back-up camera were fully fu we’re in, they are upfront about the condition of the car. I was told if I get my car fixed there they would wave the inspection fee, the part I need wouldn’t arrive til 4 days later I was paying to order the part but I couldn’t leave my car sitting for 4 days so the inspection fee, the part I need wouldn’t arrive til 4 days later I was paying to order the part but I couldn’t leave my car sitting for 4 days so. In my 8 years since I bought my Mazda there, Jim Ellis has provided excellent customer and car service. Luckily, the car had been excellent in requiring no unscheduled maintenance until the MAF sensor fa has provided excellent customer and car service. Luckily, the car had been excellent in requiring no unscheduled maintenance until the MAF sensor failed. They diagnosed and fixed it in a very reasonable time and it is running again as good as new. The personnel are either coached or very good hires, as they are definitely the friendliest I have dealt with in my 54 years of driving. More
Eddie is very personable and friendly. He seems very knowledgeable and is happy to help. He told my husband about the tire special when we had the car in for last oil change so we came back and purchase knowledgeable and is happy to help. All in all a very positive experience and will return for future services on our CX5. More
