Originally, we found the automobile we wanted from another dealer but had it all fall apart. Contacted Jim Ellis and was put in contact with Chase, a fine example of a young man. We worked together another dealer but had it all fall apart. Contacted Jim Ellis and was put in contact with Chase, a fine example of a young man. We worked together with Chase to find the CX5 we wanted. We were impressed with how quickly and efficiently he worked. We settled on one that we could be happy with. Worked out the price and figured out a time we could finish the transaction. The day of delivery went efficiently and there were no surprises. We would have no issue recommending Jim Ellis to our friends and family. Sending them to Chase would be our choice. We were impressed with the way he handled himself. More
