He was very honest and upfront about the value my trade was likely to bring and what they were likely to do as far as giving me their best price...they actually provided a written quote not "we can get to your desired payment but you need to come into the dealership". My personal experience buying cars for the last 35 years or so is that a lot of bait and switch goes on so being upfront goes a long way with me. The experience at the dealership took a lot longer than I would have liked but it wasn't their issue as the car I was looking at was sold before I got there and they were trying to find a similar replacement - they made it as painless as it could be hanging around for over 4 hours with a 14 year old. Sales Management at the dealership was awesome too! The payment was actually less than my target and the finance manager didn't act like he had no idea what was agreed upon and the price was the same as negotiated when I got in his office. Bill even drove the car up to me in Milton because the vehicle was a transfer from another dealership and they were stuck in traffic getting it to the dealership -- that's service! Awesome overall experience. More

Actually, we browsed several Miata MX-5s and planned to talk about them over the weekend. However, after noticing the car my wife liked and several discussions concerning the price of the car with Daryl, we felt very comfortable deciding to make the new car purchase. Kurt also played a very important role by thoroughly detailing the many features about the vehicle and test drive. They were very kind and considerate concerning our needs. More
Surprise surprise! Went for complimentary first oil change etc. Everything fine until tech comes out and tells us that the windshield washer system is kaput. The rodents ate it! this was discovered when doing fluid top offs. We were advised that it would cost $350.00+ to repair, oops! The suggestion is that the damage, which is extensive occurred in our garage that houses the vehicle. We may have used the washer once in 5 months and the fluid in the tank would not indicate that the fill pipe was damaged, only known when refilling. We have had 2 vehicles garaged for twenty years and never anything like this. We went home deciding to wait for repair. We left the car out and swept the garage floor looking for plastic residue. Found none. Inspected the garage for rat or mouse droppings. None. we surmise that there is a good chance that the damage came with us when we left the lot in April. At that time your construction was in process and vehicles were kept everywhere. There was cold weather in Feb., March, April. We were told that the rodents go into engine compartments when it is cold, we have been through a quite warm summer. We do not have a rodent problem, new Toyotas and Nissans resided in our garage since 2000. My wife was extremely pleased with her red Mazda crossover, safe, comfortable, and attractive.
