I recently had moved from WA state to GA state to be closer to my Fiance's family as we just introduced our Daughter into the world. This resulted in me having to leave my car behind and search for a new car. I had about 5 cars in mind and really didn't have any idea of what car I wanted out of the 5. I took an entire day to go to dealerships and talk to the sales staff to get a better idea of what car I wanted to purchase. My first stop was Mazda. Rick instantly greeted me at the door and was extremely nice right off the bat. Rick was not hesitant to let me test drive a CX30, and never during my time there did I feel pressured to purchase or provide an answer on if I wanted the car. It was very clear that Rick knew a lot about the car and could answer every question that I had. He was passionate about Mazda's and was just very fun to talk to. Rick instantly made me feel like this was the right car for me. I ended up going to 3 other dealerships that day and my experience was completely different than what I got with Rick. The other sale people at the other dealerships were extremely pushy with me, and made me feel uncomfortable. They also told me very little about the car I was interested in, and what they did tell me was just straight up wrong. I did my research before going so it was very uncomfortable when I called them out on their errors like the cars Horse Power, Torque, interior capabilities, etc. To sum up the above, I had the chance to work with 5-6 sale people at different dealerships (including another Mazda dealership) and Rick stood out from the rest by far. He called me but never pressured me, he asked great questions, was extremely patient with me, and also was very nice/caring to me during a time where I experienced some loss in the family. Rick seems like a great family man, a person who has been in the industry for a while, and a person who knows how to connect with his customers. Even during the awkward moments where we were waiting on paperwork, he was trying to get to know me better and just further proved to me that I made the right decision. I never once felt uncomfortable and I would 100% recommend Rick if you are in the market for a Mazda or just a car in general. Thanks again Rick for everything, and I appreciate the patience and time you had given me. I absolutely love my new Mazda and am so happy I decided on the CX30. More

I honestly dread car shopping because of my experiences in the past. It seems inevitable that there will be excessive wait times, evasive answers, frustrating back and forth over the price, double sales ta in the past. It seems inevitable that there will be excessive wait times, evasive answers, frustrating back and forth over the price, double sales talk, unwanted dealer add-ons and confusing paperwork. This was not my experience with Sales Consultant Noel Bernard. He made eye contact, listened to me, understood my needs and worked to get me the best price for my trade in and the car I was purchasing. He was respectful and truly seemed to care about my needs. Noel, and other Jim Ellis staff including Ryan Johnson, the Finance Manager, and Bruno Nakamura, the Sales Manager, were straight forward and transparent with pricing, and NO dealer add-ons. I could understand every fee, and all were appropriate. They even provided me a car on the lot that had more options for the same price as one I wanted with minimal options but was in transit. They were generous which is a word I have never used with a car dealership. The only area that can improve is the overall time it took for the paperwork to be completed but this could have been delayed because they were short staffed. Noel, Ryan, Bruno, and Jim Ellis are recreating the experience all want in a car dealership, one of trust, respect, and care. Thank you! More
