Marion Gilbert helped me with my need to update the SD card in my 2020 Mazda CX-30 GPS system. Marion met with me even though his primary position at Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta is as vehicle sales consultant. He took the time necessary to effectively help me achieve my need with the SD card update because of his IT Guy capabilities. He and Eddie and receptionist Ruthie and my longtime sales associate Mike Fresque and General Manager Daryl NeSmith have made me feel welcome there. No one has tried to make us buy anything or twisted our words, which is much more than I can say for other dealerships. We will definitely be continuing our relationship with the Jim Ellis family of dealerships whether we choose to keep buying Mazdas or not. The salespeople are friendly, genuinely helpful, and respectful. The finance department personnel are also eager to find the best way to help you have the payments that work for you, not just what you can barely afford. More
